Our Fuhr Sparta patio door handles make ideal replacements for worn or damaged handles fitted to uPVC sliding patio doors. These patio door handles have been designed with a symmetrical grip, allowing them to be reversed for right or left-hand usage. To change the handling, the handle can be unscrewed from the backplate and turned 180 degrees.

Every handle comes with 3 spindles and 6 screws to cover a range of door sash thicknesses from 39mm to 53mm. Available in white, polished gold, and polished chrome finish.
