Simply closing the window resets the hinge automatically.

Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, this hinge is designed for long-lasting operation and features a 13mm stack height, which can be increased to 17mm using the included 4mm packers. It also has adjustable friction to accommodate various window weights It is capable of meeting BS 6375 standards as part of a compliant window system, complies with BS EN 13126-6:2008, and supports the requirements of Building Regulations Approved Document B (Fire Safety) 2006 edition when installed in a suitably sized window.
