Stelmax Gap Filler and Sealant is designed for sealing and joining PVC and PVCu to itself and most porous substrates such as brickwork. The product skins rapidly to prevent penetration of foreign bodies and, when fully cured, provides a water-resistant, colourfast seal. Available in White.

Stelmax 1961 Gap Filler & Sealant is an easy-to-apply PVC resin, pigment, and plasticiser. It gap-fills and bonds readily to form strong, maintenance-free joints when used with rigid and plasticised PVC. Good adhesion can also be achieved with many porous substrates.

Stelmax 1961 has a high solid content and is typically used to seal the gap between window frames and the surrounding structure. It is widely used in the window industry for installing frames and attachments. Once dry, it exhibits weathering, UV, and chemical resistance similar to high-quality rigid PVC. The gap filler is quick and easy to use, especially when applied with a silicone gun applicator, available from our shop.
